Flat tire while heading to the Ghana/Togo border

This cab driver (it was more of a private car), quoted us a price of 30,000 cedis to take us from Ho to the Togo border town of Kpalimè. Since this was about 20 or 30 kilometers, and roughly 3 dollars US, we jumped on the deal. When we go to the town, he tried to tell us that he had said 200,000 cedis, which we didn't have. We ended up paying the rest of our cedis, which was 65,000...it still beat waiting for a tro-tro.
